Returns & Refunds
Dagonna wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, we provide a simple returns and refunds method. Please examine the policy guidelines:
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:
Within 15 days of receiving your order, send an email to support@dagonna.store to schedule a return authorization.
The reason for the return, and any pertinent information regarding the item or items you want to return should be included.
2. Return Shipping:
Once our customer support staff has authorized the return, carefully wrap the item or items and send them to the specified address.
Unless there was an error on our end (e.g., incorrect item received, damaged goods), you are responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
3. Return Processing:
Our staff will confirm that the returned item or products fulfill the eligibility requirements as soon as they are received.
Your refund will be processed within seven business days if the return is accepted. The original payment method used for the purchase will be used to make the reimbursement.
REFUND POLICY
Any shipping charges or discounts that were in effect at the time of purchase will be subtracted from the original purchase price of the item or goods being returned.
The refund will be processed using the original payment method following receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please give the refund process five to seven business days to finish.
The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account statement may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you would want to swap an item, you can place a new order for the desired item and follow the return procedure described above.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dagonna.store with photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
INCORRECT SIZING
If Dagonna ships an incorrect size, we will cover return shipping costs and promptly send the correct size to you.
