Returns & Refunds

At Dagonna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds process. Please review the following policy guidelines:

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team at returns@dagonna.com within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Return Shipping:

  • After receiving return authorization from our customer service team, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to the address provided.
  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

3. Return Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees or discounts applied at the time of purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account statement.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to exchange an item, you can follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dagonna.store with photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Sizing

  • If Dagonna ships an incorrect size, we will cover return shipping costs and promptly send the correct size to you.
